...or completely devastating since you didn't see it coming: it stops traffic and it paralyzes and it makes you realize there is nothing wonderful about snow and the winter, and that there is nothing - nothing at all - that could possibly stop you from staying in bed and just avoid going out... With the exception, of course, of life.
